The Importance of teamwork
Whilst on board the aircraft you will be faced with many situations that would require you to communicate and work in teams. This would involve not only cabin services i.e. a drinks service but would also include any emergency situation that may arise.
Before the passengers embark on the aircraft, the crew must work in a team to ensure that the aircraft is ready for passengers to board. Whilst in-flight team work within the Galley area is also vital to make sure that all of the meals and services are delivered on schedule.

The importance of Personal presentation
You are the face of the airline and your standards of presentation should therefore be very high. Airlines spend a lot of money on their cabin crew uniforms and require you to wear it with pride to enhance the reputation and image of the airline. Because you will be coming into close contact with passengers, personal hygiene is very important. Keep a wash bag with you during a flight containing, mouth wash, deodorants/antiperspirants, makeup for ladies, hair styling products and a comb or brush.
