Cabin Crew Ticket Diploma Course Terms & Conditions

1. PAYMENT TERMS
1.1 Course Fees
Enrolment on your online training course is not confirmed until full amount of the course fee has been received in full by Career In Travel. Career In Travel reserves the right to decline bookings without explanation.

2. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your registration to your chosen online course/s for which you have enrolled as long as your cancellation has been received within 1 week of registration and be fully refunded all course fees paid to date. A cancellation cannot be processed if any modules have been submitted to Career In Travel.
All cancellations must be received in writing including email, and receipt of request confirmed by Career In Travel.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever, and no compensation or any other payment will be made, if any cancellation to the terms of the booking becomes necessary due to war, or threat of war, dots, civil unrest, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transportation, closure of airports, or any other events beyond our control.

3. CHANGES TO PERSONAL DETAILS
It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details held by Career In Travel are correct and up to date. Career In Travel will not be liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information. Confirmation of your personal details can be found within your online training.

4. SERVICES GENERALLY
4.1. Career In Travel shall be entitled at anytime without notifying the candidate to make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable security or other statutory requirements and shall determine the manner in which the Services are provided.
4.2. Any intellectual property, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques developed by Career In Travel or obtained during the execution of the Services will be owned exclusively by Career In Travel.
4.3. Career In Travel shall not be responsible for any failure to provide the services, or unavailability of the Site, as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. LIABILITY
5.1. Career In Travel is acting not as an employment agency or employment business, but as a conduit for information relating to vacancies between employers and potential employees. Career In Travel is not in the business of finding employment for workers or workers for employers. Accordingly, the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and corresponding regulation does not apply.

5.2. Career In Travel gives no warranty or representation, expressed or implied, in respect of any application made to an airline and accept no liability for any failure of an applicant to find employment as cabin crew.
